The Deal

Pullsheet is a card collection tracker and a shop tool made by Nine Fathoms. By using it you agree to these terms. If you run a shop on it, you agree for the shop.

Your Account

You need a real email address and you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Keep it to yourself. One person, one account; a shop can invite as many staff as it likes.

Your Data

Your binder, your stock, your sales and your customers are yours. We store them to run the service and we do not sell them. You can download everything at any time and delete your account from Settings. A shop's owner can delete the shop. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.

Prices and Pictures

Market prices come from TCGplayer through TCGdex and TCGCSV, and pictures from TCGdex, Scryfall, Lorcast, SWU-DB, DigimonCard.io and TCGplayer. They are estimates, refreshed daily, and can be wrong or late. Pullsheet doesn't sell cards, isn't a marketplace, and isn't financial advice; what you buy, sell or grade is your decision.

Paying

Collector is free. Collector Plus, Shop and Shop Pro are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance; each renews until you cancel. Shop covers one store; several stores need Shop Pro, whose price covers 2 stores, with each store after billed from the day it is added. The first 25 shops to pay for Shop keep its founding price of $39 a month ($390 a year) for as long as their subscription runs; a place ends when the subscription does. A Shop trial lasts 30 days and ends without a charge unless you choose a plan. Cancel any time from Settings; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email. Pullsheet never takes a percentage of a shop's sales. A card payment taken on Pullsheet's card reader carries Stripe's processing fee, paid to Stripe, and, once billing is switched on, a Pullsheet fee of 5¢ a payment.

What You May Not Do

Break the law with it, resell access, scrape the catalog in bulk, attack the service or other people's accounts, or use it for anything that isn't tracking and selling cards. We can close an account that does.

Availability and Liability

We work to keep Pullsheet up and your data safe, and the status page shows how that is going, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, you'll hear by email first. Continuing to use Pullsheet after that is agreeing to the new terms.
